Serving size: 1/8 teaspoon
Nigella sativa, more commonly known as black seed or black cumin has been used in traditional remedies dating back more than a millenia; treating a variety of conditions as well as immune system support. Black seed contains many active ingredients, the most prominent being thymoquinone. Thymoquinone has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, and anti-cancer properties.
